Lynne Sachs (USA, 1961), is a filmmaker, poet and artist based in New York. She has created genre-defying cinematic works through the use of hybrid forms and interdisciplinary collaboration, incorporating elements of essay film, collage, performance, documentary, and poetry. She taught the workshop “Opening the family album” and a session was dedicated to her in the contemporary cinema program.
Project
La Casa Encendida Radio is a sound experimentation platform that wants to explore the radio format from an artistic perspective, a space to share interests and concerns with a multitude of voices that resonate in our present and an archive of sounds from our recent history.
