Programs surveying fifty plus years of filmmaking at the San Francisco Art Institute that will be held at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art on January 25, 2026.
This program will excavate and celebrate the invisible organizing labor, often done by women, that makes independent film and video production possible.
On Friday, February 13th, The Film-Makers’ Cooperative will celebrate 65 years at Judson Memorial Church and honor Nan Goldin, Joan Jonas, Lynne Sachs, MM Serra, John Waters, and the Jack Smith Archive at Gladstone Gallery.
